Cruising speed / rpm?

So what cruising speed or engine RPM are you guy comfortable with running these guys at? Seems like 75mph is right around 5k rpm's. It's totally comfortable at that speed for however long you want to do it. How about 6k? 7k? Seems like either would be fine as they are well under redline. Yes? I'm just wondering. Back in '91 when I had my GXS-R1100, I'd cruise at 100mph and not even thing about it. Maybe I'm getting old. Haha. And I STILL can't believe what a train this thing is.....it seems NO amount of wind or gustiness bothers it in the least. It's like a train on the tracks....just keeps its line no matter what.

Seems like I had mine at 100 mph by the speedo, and it was just humming along at 6500rpm
