Default cost for brake pads??
is this right??? 90.00 for the front and 45.00 for the rear?? holy crap!!! are they 24 ct gold?? or just proud of there products???

on my 95 the fronts are the same as the back. Make sure you are getting the right parts dude. The cost for EBC pads here are about 35.00 - 40.00 can.

Oh, and go with the organic and not the semi-metallic as they are noisy and tend to tear at your rotors faster.

sorry , it's a 96 model. think i'll try mail order instead of the local shop , although i like to support them when i can, and try to save a few bucks!

We pay around 45 US$ per 2 sets here, for the fronts. Good for around 20000 Kilometers, or 12000 miles. Also EBC I think.1990 model bike.
Sounds like your local bike shop is getting it wrong..........

I paid $98 for both front and the rear set, EBC HH sintered pads. Dont go cheap on your brakes.

Seriously, I think the sintered pads are the wrong choice. More grip with the organic. But you will have to change them more often

more grip with the organic?? think you got that backwards. I love mine and most ppl I know run em. To each their own tho.
