I am new to these forum. But can anyone help? I am looking for a upper right cowl . I have a 94 cbr1000f and mine is cracked. Does anyone have any fairings or know where to fine some.. Thanks

 

Ebay. Just because there may not be anything there right now, doesn't mean there won't be something tomorrow.

 

You should be able to filter you ebay notifications to alert you when what your looking for gets listed

Also you can google ABS repair. There's some info there to do a patch until you can find a clean replacement. Somebody here has to have done some type ABS repairs. Stay tuned. I know there's at least one person here that can help

you can also use acetone to weld the cracks....the abs cement they sell now is nontoxic and doesn't weld it just softens

I guess that means you don't want to repair yours

I think, as nobody has responded in the positive for the fairing, your best bet is eBay or Craiglist. Just be dilligent in your searching and one will turn up. Apart from that look for local bike wreckers and ring them.

Somewhere the fairing you seek is waiting for you.

And, if the crack isn't too bad the excellent suggestions above will have it looking (and as strong) as new.

I have a complete set of fairings that I am sending down to AirTech plastics. If you can hold out for a couple of months they are going to start manufacturing and selling them. The upper fairing will be sold as a complete unit and not 3-4 seperate pieces
