Default CBR not used for last 2 years

Hi everyone. My 88 CBR has been standing in a garage for the last 2 years waiting for a new fuel tap. I finally managed to get a new tap and installed it. Bike started without too much hassles (was quite impressed as it hasn't been started at all during these 2 years). I haven't taken it out on the road yet, as the tyre valve broke off while inflating the rear tyre.

My question is this - seeing that the bike hasn't been used for quite a while what do I have to watch out for? So far I have serviced the engine, bled the front and rear brakes and flushed the radiator. Anything else I need to check or service before using it again?

Well as you have changed all liquids hopefully oil also. You should check the air filter and maybe clean sparks. Also check tires not to have any cracks in.
I would not worry too much about the fuel , as it already worked and the tank is so small you soon will be riding new fuel.
2 weeks ago i started my old car, which had been in garage last 5 untouched. Just few turns of engine and it worked - so i think if it worked before, it will work just as well after few years rest

My main concern would be checking all crevices for vermin like mice. They can get at wires and nest in the pipes.
If that's not an issue, I'd probably be looking close at the tires for cracks an such...like kaska said.

Have a really close look at the tires, make sure they didn't start cracking from age.

Thanks everyone. After starting the bike a few times the battery died as well. Won't even charge. So now I have to replace that first before taking it out for a ride.
