Default Carbie Problem... I think

Inmates,

When the bike is cold i do not notice it as much, when warm.

Changing through the gears, when i pull the clutch in the rev's increase sometime by 500rpm and it takes a long time to come back to idle.
Cables are routed correctly and as i said when cold the problem does not seem to be there.

Any suggestions
