I'm using EBC ceramic - they hiss when applied, and don't stop the bike that well, but are OK when you get used to them. Last quite well, too.

Front pads/"Pit Stop" from aussie Ebay, about $14 complete set.
Little or no dust, excellent in the Wet.

Brakes? You ask... my recent sets with distance travelled...

Rear pads - (Honda OEM) 28,000km
Rear pads - (Honda OEM) 27,000km
Rear Brake pads - (EBC FA196 - Organic) 14,500km
Rear Brake pads (SBS 630LS Rear) - Current

Front Pads fitted (SBS) 46,000km

IMHO - Be careful of "Racing Pads" or "extra hard long lasting" as these cut into your disk and end up costing you a lot of money for disk replacement.

Oops, Naga_thai just posted on your thread about it. Anyway, I'm using these:

Excellent stopping power compared to EBC organic, and they last pretty well. Discs aren't scratched or anything.
