1988 CBR1KF 26K mi. V&H SSR2 Exhaust

My bike is nearly done. And Just in time too! Gotta put my new chain on and finish my front cowl. Added LED light kit. The bike is not really put together, I have the fairings in position so I could determine the best position for the LED's. The bike is flat black with a flat clear coat with no decals. I looked, but the only thing cool enough to put on it is me. HA HA. I think it kinda looks like the batmobile. The greenish tint is from the light coming through my fiberglass roof.

 

from what i can see of your ride it looks good, wouldn't mind seeing some more detailed pics when you get a chance, curious about the LED light kit, more details???

Your photo is freaking me out. Looks like there's someone watching from inside the bike - just where the petcock should be....

I love matt black. Used to have a Flying Gate bicycle in matt black with gold lug lining, gold rims, black chainset, gold chain, gold handlebar tape.... sounds horrible but it looked good.

 

Light kit is a " million multi motorcycle led light kit " I got form e-bay. Ther are 12 flashing patters and 5 sound sensing patterns.along with 8 colors!!! My favorite is the sound sensitive - when the bike is at idle the lights are low then when you open the throttle the kit lights up. led's take little power and ar3e bright! Go on Ebay and check em' out.

I thouth it is Green. Reflection makes the paint lools green.. or am I color blind? I think someone was riding flat black Duc in 2006 Moto GP. Maybe some silver and red accent will be cool!!

 

The green is just a reflection from my roof. I have a green fiberglass roof over my porch. It lets a little light through.

I will be putting up a post soon with pics that will find out whitch colors of the LED spectrum is to be displayed frequently and whitch should be shunned. There atre eight colors red green yellow blue purple ect.. This should be fun!

I would have all eight and have a curcuit switch between them, maybe with a fade effect
