Default balancer shaft 90 1000f

i got done putting my engine back together last night. every thing is set at specs according to the books. i set it all bacck @ t.d.c. and installed the ballencer and shaft now i cannot crank the engine over. what went wrong? i followed every thing to a t. i guess i just need to read into it more and try again.

Can you not crank it over by hand or with the starter?

If its by starter it may be that the starter dampener is faulty or installed wrong.

If it wont even crank by hand, well then you are f*cked.

well i went on a hunh and went ahead and installed the engine hooked up the battery and all went well
