Could not wait until Sunday, too far away. Got home from work and got stuck into her.
Put the exhaust back on, plumbed up the cooling system and took care of some other minor details.
Rolled her out of the garage still naked mind you (the bike not me), started her up and took it for a couple of short bursts down the street.
My baby is back home.
Sunday will be spent putting all the fairings back on, oil & filter change, coolant flush and a good clean.

Yes the transplant went well, although i would not do it by myself again, getting the engine in straight is a real struggle.
The engine sounds stronger than the old one, started it up again tonight, 24 hours since last time, no choke, one kick and away she went. Idiling by herself within 30 seconds.
Will post up more pics when she is fully dressed again
