Aftermarket screen

I bought a screen on Ebay thinking it was just a tinted OEM shaped replacement (the one that came on the bike was nearing opacity). Much to my happy surprise, the replacement screen actually had a much rounder profile to it, making it effectively taller. It works great, and was way cheap. There is another thread on here somewhere that I posted in about this, and somebody was looking at ordering some screens from that vendor.
Did anyone get anywhere with that? I'll try to find a link.

Ya won't go wrong with Twisted Bordo , a good outfit.
Found my "specific" order from 2008 ....(never delete a dang thing )
The items you have ordered:
Prod. No. Product name Price Qty. Total without sales tax
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MRA.01.045.T MRA TouringScreen Windshield for Honda CBR1000F, '89-'92
Color: 1-smoke gray
Actually be careful ..... I had to revise my order in process as i thought the SpoilerScreen
would give the best "rise" when in fact the Touring Screen was the one I needed !
The Touring one was what I had shipped in the end

Thanks Guys. I ended up getting a Zero Gravity touring screen from oppracing.com. They did me a good deal which was far better than the rip off merchants in this country. I saved $70 AUD buying from the USA. Thanks for all the advice/opinions. Thats why I love this forum. Cheers.

To be honest, I like my stock screen, it's just getting fogged. Any advice on restoring an original?

brake fluid for a few seconds then clean off. MAke sure to clean it all off or your plastic will disintegrate. Also you can use compound (headlight restorer is compound). Take the screen off when working on it.
