Default aftermarket exhaust

Do i have to rejet my carbs if i run aftermarket exhaust?

most guys do, some don't.
the biigger thing is where the power band will be or how it affects gas milage

Generally speaking, if you only change the cans you don't need to rejet. If you go to a complete new system (header and can(s)) then you'll need to rejet to obtain the max benefit from the new exhaust.

I put a Two Bros slip on on my stock header pipe and the bike runs fine with out a rejet.

dependant on whether you are going down the "bung one outlet route" (run with a single silencer) and also baffles in/baffles out status.
