Default '93 chain tensioner part # ?

Hello, does anyone have the part number for the "good" cam chain tensioner for a 1993? Ron Ayers has #14500-M21-000 is this correct?
Thank you for any help. I am fixing up my CBR but I got a pristine 99Blackbird with 14K on the clock. What a sweet ride and a TON of power, but I am keeping the F and will just tuck her in a bit.

If I was replacing the CCT, I'd replace the slipper as well, it's what the tensioner pulls against the chain with. I used to have the classic noisy CCT from under the hood while idiling. It's been quiet ever since. I've put about 10K miles on it and still quiet.

CCT 14500-MZ1-000 $103.10
Slipper 14510-MM5-640 $31.02

While you're in there, you might as well adjust the valves too. Malboja did an excellent write up with a how-to. Lots of pictures.
