Default 88 hurricane revival thread

Hopefully I can get some help for my sick hurricane here. I bought it about 12 years ago and pieced it together. I got it running a little but it seems to intermittently quit running and not restart. I think it might have a charging issue. I think the bike only has 10k miles or so on it. The last I messed with it, it seemed the fuel pump relay was having issues. I bought a new fuel pump for it beforehand. The carbs are good on it. I had it running pretty good but after riding it short distances it starts to fall on its face and eventually stall. Then it won't run.

After checking the used bike market I am electing to get this running for the summer. I struck out on a few newer bikes.

Get rid of the fuel pump, gravity rarely fails. Honda did this in the MK2 on.
