Wife will be flying to Montana tomorrow, sun forcasted and I have a free weekend. I was thinking of maybe driving down and around Rainier, maybe camping out at Leech Lake (nice little lake atop White pass) and doing some flyfishing (would bring my float tube and fly rod). The fishing is secondary and I can skip that depending on my company wants to do.... I mostly want to get in a good ride as I picked up a bike a week ago.

Ride pace....mellow, see the sights, snap a few pics...relax!

I live in Renton...young whiper snapper at 36, married and a 2 kids if you are wondering but I would love company. If i'm solo on this one so be it...but would love a little conversation at the stops. I'll stop pleanty, when i feel like it, don't have a throttle brake and my hand does get a little numb after 40 miles.

Call anytime, I'll be up pretty late tonight. (don't worry if you call at midnight...If i'm sleeping you will get voicemail, leave a message and we can connect tomorrow). I might end up doing 2 rides, one Saturday and one Sunday...very flexible.

I'd be totally up for a short hike at the mountain if there was a good way to lock the bikes and you were up for it? I don't yet have a decent lock though...

Well I solo'd it but had a nice ride.

Put in 180 miles, Renton to the top of Sunrise and a little more(was going to continue through the park to Paradise but I opted to head back North. I got a late start and I figured I'd save the other part for another day.

Captain...give me a call this weekend if you want to swing by and say hi. I'll probably go for a shorter spin somewhere tomorrow.

Look´s like a nice ride you had! If my great grandmother`s family would have had enough money for the ticket to her too back in early 1900(-12?), so she would have been able to emigrate (spelling?) too, I´ve might have been born an American, and perhaps have had bigger chance on riding with you! Did you know that Denim fabric (Jeans) last approx. 0,6 seconds against a asphalt surface in a slide in 30 km/h? A leather suit lasts 6-12 seconds, and some textile motorcycle suits up to 20 seconds. A human body slides in 5 to 8 seconds from 100 km/h before it stops... I´m just conserned about you m8!
