1994 cbr 1000f carburetor question

So I cleaned the carbs again, adjust the air, got new diaphragms and O-rings but it seem to pass way to much gas, what you guys think it could be, also, it revs by it self once in a while, like the choke came on.
I have got a question about the carbs, there seems to be some T joints connecting the carbs 1-2 and 3-4, does it have a hose that I am missing or does it stays like that without anything. I will put the image below so you guys know what I am talking about.

Those are pre-1991 carbs, not 1994 carbs? The 1994 carbs have plastic diaphragm covers.

I am fairly sure the black tees are for the breather hoses - they usually just pass behind the tank down front of the battery box - there should indeed be pipes on them but I don't think it's critical.

I think though you are missing another set of tees between 1/2 and 3/4 above the black ones - are you sure the hole there don't go through into the carb (may be a California thing).

Here's a link to the Haynes manual which might help care of naga_thai - https://tinyurl.com/yyzfero5

and here's the workshop manual for the 1988 carbs etc - https://www.dropbox.com/s/1j8lmf5aqv...anual.pdf?dl=0

Go to cmsnl for an image of your bike's carb set. If you're missing some parts you can see the part numbers and decide where to get them from.

Cheers,
