In Quebec, the provincial bureaucratics have been jerking the bikers chains for awhile and until there is a biker revolution, the bikers are just continue losing their shirts and their right to ride here.

What gives? I don't want to just see cars and trucks everywhere on those roads for twelve months of the year. Why should Quebec bikers pay 3-4 times the registration costs per vehicle as compared to a car or truck, when you can only drive here for only half a year on a motorcycle.
