Oz Aftermarket Fairings

Oz Aftermarket Fairings
Guys,
Check this site out. This guy has not long started this business it seems as his website is still under construction. He offers after market fairings for very reasonable prices I think ( compared to genuine anyway ). The CBR 1000F isnt listed yet but I have emailed the guy to see if he will be doing any fairings for it in the future. I will post up once I know. Anyway check the site out. He is also doing screens and brake rotors so it seems. A friend of mine smashed the fairings of his 99 ZZR 1100 2 weeks ago after hitting an emu. He got the whole set for $590 AUD ( freight included ) painted in the bikes original colour. Apparently the guy says he can match paint up to 98 percent correct by going off photos if you dont have a paint code. Obviously if you do that would be easier for him. The freight side of things may not be that good for you o/s guys but its certainly worth an email to ask anyway. Cheers.

Our suppliers are located outside of Australia.....................
Ummmmmmmmmm I think these are the same fairings as
http://gundamhost.com/auctmarts/inde...ce21a304bbb014
Perhaps he's just acting as an agent ?
The general impressions up in the 600 section are that the fairings are very thin, and don't fit that well. There are Chinese fairings - same problem........but paint isn't bad
Just for info.
The manufacturers aren't keen on making fairings for the Hurricane/1000F as there are 3 models, and most want a large number of orders, due to cost of production. It seems crazy because one would think that fairings for older classics would be in demand........oh well.

I'll let you know Pete how they fit. Surely they must be close otherwise they wouldn't be selling any and buyers would be up in arms. If you had a bike that they do them for I would certainly give them a go over genuine. I've read the feedback on the guys that sell them on ebay and the vast majority say they are great. Anyway we'll see how they fit on my mates bike.
