To powder coat or not???
 

I have a 2006 CBR600RR that is mainly black with some red Honda emblems and what not. Im looking to powder coat my wheels red and do the swing arm and rest of the silver parts black. Is there anyone in Louisiana mainly the Baton Rouge area that can powder coat or know anyone?

Give me your thought on whether I should go throught with this. Heres some pics of my bike.

I think a matte black on the silver parts would be sweet and maybe a powdercoat red lip.. Not just rim tape but the whole lip while leaving the 3 spokes black? Red LEDs in the vents/fairing holes.. Lol

I never thought about powder coating just the lip and leaving the spokes black. I bet that would look good! Ive placed some LED's around the bike and under but I still want to put some in the vents by the rear seat and some audi looking lights up front over the headlights. Heres a pic of the LED's I have so far...

That looks pretty mean in the dark! Yeah, some LEDs maybe under the front cowl and instead of audi color LEDs you could find the red ones? Just a though but it might make the bike look like a little demon.. Haha I love it. I'm excited for you
