ORIGINAL: aeroworks

i bought one and now the light near my house that never let me through is now working every time.. no exceptions. just make sure its on the lowest part of the bike and facing the right way.
Why does it matter how it faces? I had mine stuck to the lowest point of my bottom faring and it never worked. I should also mention it was the strongest "earth" magnet they made.

Or you can be like me and live in Tennessee and just run them when all is safe.

Seriously though, I"m glad I don't have that problem anymore; TN passed this law a little over a year or so ago if memore serves.

Just so you guys know it only works on the ones that are magnetically triggered some lights have a weight trigger that we just can't do anything about. Most tweeters have neodinium magnets but you have to dig deep to get them out ( rip the magnet out of the front) and if you do, use the magnet only not the gold part from the back of the tweeter. It will only work if it is on a piece of metal that it will actually stick to (ie headers or crossover pipe closest to the ground not mounted or glued to plastic or aluminum)this makes the magnetic field way bigger, the more the magnets the better, they are very small and light. just thought I would share, my buddy works for the road service that repairs and installs them here in CO. good luck guys
