Best HID-like headlight bulbs??

Hey everybody,

I had a Hayabusa a few years back that I bought used, and it had the coolest freakin' headlight bulbs that looked like the real-deal HID/Xenon bulbs you see in Audis and BMWs, etc. Not that too-dark blue looking crap in the cheap bulbs.

I'm looking to get those real-deal bulbs for my bikes and was wondering if any of you know for sure which brand / style of bulbs really improve the look and function of the stock lights while looking like true HID bulbs? The real whilte light with just a hint of blue, like true HIDs.

Also, what's the rule on wattage? I don't want to blast the hell out of oncoming traffic, or fry my elect system, but I wouldn't mind a bit more light output.

Thanks.

Sylvania and Hella are good. I have Hella blue halogen globes in my 1000F 60/55W
-I wouldn't go higher than that. You may need to fit adapters - sometimes standard Honda fittings won't take a non-Honda bulb.
