CB900F Swing Arm

New to the forum, hope I'm posting this in the right spot! I've read a little about using a CB600 (or 650 ?) swing arm on my 82 CB900F for better handling...anyone know about this?

80 views and no one has anything??
sorry rider51.. I don't like seeing posts unanswered..
even though this is the 900 section, I know from experience most of the guys in this area really are 92 to 99 cbr900 owners.. I might suggest asking this question in the general tab, other models tab and or maybe "other bike chat" also if anyone else adds or puts anything into this thread they'll usually send you an email, letting you know something was added..
I wish you luck..

Hey:

The actual easy to fit without much modding swingarm is the 1983 CB1100F or R swingarm.
It is box section steel arm just like the cbr 600F2/F3. The cb650 depending on year would not be and upgrade, unless you are refering to the newer alloy ones, but made for twin shocks. Another option is the 94/95 CB1000F as they are alloy can be had for a good price and take a 5.5 rear wheel with no issues. Good luck on your project.
