Will a 600F3 front Fender fit a 600F2

Hi Guys,

I want to fit a smaller front fender to my 600F2 to replace the big ugly one which came as original equipment.

The smaller front fender off the 600F3 looks like it will fit ok.

Can someone confirm this?

There appears to be 2 types of fender fitted to the F3 a larger version with a vent in the side similar to the one on the F2, which I don't want and a smaller slimmer fender which I do want.

look man, honestly speaking. if you really want a f3 front fairing on a f2, i'd highly recommend just buying a f3, even if it'll fit perfect because at the end of the day guess what? you're still riding a f2...... so i'm afraid you wont feel good....

i'd say sell/trade your f2 with a f3 and then work your way up, atleast you'll have a full fairing of a f3 and you'll be riding a f3 haha!!

plus i'm sure there is a big difference between the f2 and f3, so you're the winner in the end!

cheers mate! im only giving you another point of view...

i'm pretty sure the fender will fit my buddya nd i owned f2s at the same time and hus had f3 fairings and i'm pretty sure the fender was an f3 fender and it fit perfectly but i'm not a hundred percent on that though it has been a few years hell the worst thing that could happen is ity dont fit and you can resell it most likely so i say go for it and see if it fits good luck man let us know

Sorry to be responding so many years too late, but to set the record straight, the F3 front fender will NOT fit F2 lowers. The bolt spacing is different. Now, that said, anything can be fabricated to work; it just depends upon how much work you want to put into it.
Cheers-
