F3 SSSA wheel alignment question

I've been putting my f3 sssa project into effect.

got most things done, top shock mount, new sprocket and chain, new wheel.

There lies the problem. I mounted the rim up, and noticed im running a positive offset of at least 20mm.

The swing arm is mounted as far left into the F3 frame as possible, with exception to the spacer that came with the swingarm (mounts on the chain side of the swingarm) there is a little room there to shave off, but i don't think it would make too much difference.

As you can see, there is not much room to shave off.

I'm at a loss as to what i can do to get the tire centred. There is no spacer between the hub and the rim, it sits flush.

Any help from guys who've done this would be great!

Thanks,
n

it looks like the project has been moving along.
you know there is always few problems we run into trying to mod, but whatever the resolution, the final product is worth every headache you get on the way.
keep your head up, there is a solution to that problem somewhere, youll find it.

What year and model swingarm are you using?

Why don't people use the later swingarm there's only 15mm difference between them you could just cut of the spacers on the inside of the frame to get this back, or is there some other difference like the radius of the arm???
