F2 600 modification questions

Ok I just recently bought a cbr f2 an was wondering if the plastics from an f3 fit on it alright? It seemed like it would work from pictures. Also can I convert the exhaust muffler from the old f2 style to say the under the tail type of style of a rr? An the front windshield metal part is bent on one side would there be a way to replace that as well? Also any part sites would be greatly appreciated. If posted.

All of those questions have been answered many times in the F2 section - come on down and breakout the search button.

To quickly answer your questions:
F3 fairings - yes they fit the F2 (same frame and mounting points). You'll need a F3 headlight assembly as well. You might need an F3 upper fairing stay (which is the piece you already say is bent along the windshield, so 2-birds, one stone there.)

Undertail exhaust - A few have done it - not simple and requires a lot of work. Again - search the F2/F3 forums for more info.

Parts places - depends on what you want, new/oem= your local honda dealer or servicehonda.com, bikebandit.com, used and aftermarket= google search. There's classifieds here as well.

just finished modding my tired 1994 F2, pretty pleased with the result. Took on a track day here in the UK, Oulton Park in Cheshire. All i can say is WOW what a buzz. It passed with flying colours, didnt miss a beat. Chewed my tyres up a bit but worth it. Looking forward to my next one. Will try to attatch pics. Ride safe guys
