http://customrcproducts.shutterfly.com/461#451Hey guys and gals. Just wanted to offer my experience with this conversion. 2007 cbr 600rr or 1000rr swingarm and a 2007 600rr undertail exhaust. Im new to all of this but think that I can still offer some good advice or know how. let me know. I didnt really take any pictures of the conversion but i could try and throw together a build log on it if people are really interested in it. id post pics but am unable.

thanks john

Explain how you did the undertail exhaust please, did you use stock headers with
a custom mid pipe or did you use all 600rr parts?

First was the swinger conversion with many thanks to the guys who had already accomplished this task. Here in Phoenix, I believe that we have one of the best used motorcycle parts yard that I know of. Compare it to a pick a part but for motorcycles. Basically picked out a swinger that looked good and complete and just followed what the others had posted. As for the exhaust I was able to match up an exhaust to a f2/f3 frame and it fit nice and snug. I also took a stock 600really header and matched it up to a f2 motor and it fit except for the mounting flanes are different but wouldn't be hard to use. That will be next. I usI used an old flex radiator hose that I had and just clamped together. I will say this though. You need. To get a 2003-5 exhaust as it is a little smaller and it is flattened where it passes next to swinger. I'll try and get some close-up pictures

Thanks, it's good to know the rr headers will line up. I have
the 03-04' swinger and an 06' tail on my f4 and i'm researching
the under tail exhaust mod. That helps!

Can i get the walk through on how you got the swingarm to work? Ive got the same bike as you and im doing what your doing (after you inspired me to do this :) ) could i get instructions for this? Also same for mounting the xhaust. Plus can i ask what from forks your useing on this bike? Id love to have the inverted style like what you have.
