Which wire is my "running light" wire?
Apologies up front if youve posted an answer in some previous thread I personally think trying to find my answer in these posts is like trying to figure out Shutter Island out for the first time.
Anyways as you would assume Im converting my 3 wire stock front signals into 2 after market led's and my concern is before I do something that I'll regret Id rather be safe than sorry is : *Which wire do I disregard(cut) when hooking up my 2 wire leds so a running light would not be enabled and only current going through would be my marking lights when signaling? For example looking at this diagram the L turn signal contains these 3 wires : a.Solid Orange-going to the signal switch&L rear signal b.Solid Orange w/white dashes -going straight to the turn signal switch c.Green-going to head light relay, lean angle sensor, and ground Which needs to be removed? I could just see which wires heats up I guess but I dont trust electronics :/ Thanks in adv |
Use a volt meter...
