Top speed
+1 Red, Aken, Rady, and Stay2uned.
A couple of you fellas need to read up on inaccurate stock speedos.
I've heard stated (can't confirm) that our speedos are off up to 10%. That turns that 170 into 153. Take another 14% off (credit to Aken) for the -1 +2 and you're looking at about 132. Still well above anything you need to do unless you're on an airstrip or the track.
Pardon the bluntness, but I hope none of you are so stupid to be topping your bikes out at those kinds of speeds on public highways. Instant death is nearly assured for you but we're talking about a 400 lb. hunk of metal which is a serious danger to everyone around you, should the worst happen. Reaction times are severely reduced at 150 mph.

only way to tell true speed is by rpm's since are speedos are off so much even straight from the factory. go to Gearingcommander.com it will open your eyes!

if im reading the chart right, it says that the top speed of a 06 600rr at 15k is 167, that seems pretty high to me
havent had my f4i up very high, but last summer i had a ninja 500, and at 100 indicated i was doing 95, gps in my backpack, and i hit 125 indicated up a hill, im pretty sure it could hit 120 - 125 actual on flat ground, so im wondering if the top speed of the f4is and rr are gearing or hp limited? ive read around 165 for the rr and 155 ish for the f4i
