Default Sprockets -1 / +3

I have an 05' Cbr 600 rr and just got new Renthal Sprockets and RK chain. We went -1 in the front and +3 in the rear. I know I like how much faster the bike is, but I don't know if I like going through a tank of gas each night, the higher rpm's, and most of the speedo be off. All I see is people talking about
-1/+2, or just going down one in the front. I am not an expert by any means I just wanted some input on my setup and any pros or cons from.......... well anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!(P.s.Ido want the added performance but maybe not three upin the rear any help would be great).

-1 +2 is the most common... or just -1.. try some different setups and see what you like..
