My fender eliminator kit did not come with a tag light so I had to rig one up. What did everyone else here do?

LED bolts that hold the tag on Doesn't illuminate the tag as much as the stock light but it fulfills my legal requirements (read: the po-po like it)

I bought 2 little LED strips off of Ebay for around $23, they don't throw much light, but keeps the local gestapo off my arshe.

I was wondering what I was going to do when the light burns out or is broken for what ever reason. I was at AtWoods and they had the EXACT same light that came with my (Wreks) fender elimantor kit. I couldn't believe it. I didn't read which kit you had, but in MO we have to have a light on the tags.

i've never had a single complaint about my tag(placement or the lack of light), only speeding and wheelies, the police officers don't seem to like that, but they don't care about the tag, i rode for like two months wth my tag in my pocket and only got pulled over once, and it wasn't for the tag it was for speeding and i pulled it out of my pocket and handed it to him when he was writing the ticket 98mph in a 55mph that got me eight hours of driving school

If it did burn out ya just wire up another one. LED's are good for like a jillion hours so it's more likely that they'll last longer than the bike.
