Default HID balasts

I put an HID setup on my 06 600 RR yesterday and everything went smoothly and the lights work. But, i am having some trouble mounting/hiding the huge ballast that came with the kit. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to hide the ballastswith dimensions of 3' x 3'x 1'? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you stopped in to read my HID installation write-up yet? If not, It'll give you some ideas.

Do you have separate igniters or is it just the ballast?

Its just the two ballast with no igniter. Thats a long way back there to the rear storage. Anywhere else thats closer to the front of the bike where i could mount the ballast?

Forgive my thread hijack but this is exaclty why I used the Denso ballast/ignitors, they both fit between the headlights in my '06 600RR

I put mine inside the front fairing, right above the fender there is a small shelf that had just enough room.

i put one on the rightside, on top of the air box under the fairing and the other one under the speedometer. there is a gap under there where it slides right into. have 2 zip ties holding it there
