micron, ftw. perfect sound...not too loud, not too soft. screams just right at the top of the tach.

Also, these clips are couple years old, but they should help.

what about feet placement?... my friend has a jardine highmount on his f4i... and it bothers him a little bit... because he used to place the front of his foot on the pegs and the mid and heal of his foot would hit the mid pipe of the highmount... and if he ever got rearsets ... it would be even bigger of a problem.

I just installed a carbon fiber Devil SB2 high- mount on my 01 F4i two days ago. It sounds absolutely amazing, but is probably louder than you would want for a standard commute. I love the tone, but it definitely will draw attention if that is something you are trying to avoid. The throttle feels quite a bit more responsive. Its been raining intermittently here, so i haven't had a chance to really take it out and flog it to see any power difference. It looks like pure sex though. =) Especially on my red and white color scheme. Hope that helps!

I've been out a couple of days now with this pipe installed, and I have fallen completely in love with it! GREAT tone, decent seat of the pants gains, and the carbon pipe never gets even close to hot (keeps the girlfriend from getting cooked on the back. =) Rev matching is so much easier now when ripping through corners... everything just feels smoother now. Just "uncorked", ya know?
