I just got an 08 CBR 600 and am new to the bike world. Now i'm not quite sure what the different is between a Fender Eliminator kit and an undertail kit. Can anyone help?

As far as I know, you're talking about the same thing. Just different ways of calling it.

 

more or less the same thing..i could be wrong, but i think that an undertail kit is for the older bikes that had side mounted exhaust and didnt have plastic on the bottom of the tail. it smoothed it up changed the way the tail light looked etc. thats my take could be completly off base..

 

+1 ^^^^ Side mounted exhaust bikes have undertails, the new underseat exhaust is a FE.
