1994 F2 Exhaust (prolly dumb question!)
 

So before judgement is made about my stupidity, I have a buddy that has a FMF Titanium 4 exhaust that he bought for his Suzuki 400 quad...It is just sitting in his apt. so I slipped off my stock exhaust, and held the FMF in place and it sounded a whole lot better at idle and full throttle (not driving, just sitting in neutral) than my stock, more throaty. I dont do much stunt (wheelie here and there), hot rodding, etc, mainly used for my to and from work driver. I know some say that a re-jet is mandatory, others say it is not. So here is my question/s:

Will a quad exhaust (FMF Titanium 4) ruin my motor/carbs?

Is it mandatory to re-jet (mandatory not recommended)?

If I do install and feel "problems" driving, will re-installing stock exhaust put everything back to normal?

Like I said, I am getting a $350+ exhaust for free, and making sure it is not going to ruin my bike. I know this is a cheap, half-assed way to do it, so if you are going to tell me how dumb I am, dont post. I already know Im not the smartest guy out there. Just looking for technical support. Thanks in advance!

You wont have a problem running that providing the pipe size is the same, its more free flowing than a factory exhaust and odds are you won't have to rejet. Though why WOULDN'T you want ro rejet, it makes the throttle response much better.

So as long as the pipe size is the same you'll be fine. If its smaller diameter pipe its a waste of time.
