I was thinking the same thing. Check out Sato Racing. They have racing hooks that take the place of the rear pegs. Those things are cool.

That red item looks like a cam tensioner. I bought one of those for my old F2.

those STREET HOOKS are sweet as they will let you bolt your passenger pegs back on. i think i will have to pick me up a set of those in black so that i can take my other pegs off as i almost never ride w a passenger.
