Default slip on, need to re-map?

Hey guys, quick question, did a search already. I'm looking at slips ons for my 07 and was wondering if you need to re-map the FI with some type of controller or will the AF ratio be OK with just a slip on? Not too worried about HP, just looking for better sound. Thanks for any help!

if you already did a search then you would know the answer to probably the second question ever posted on this board.
for a slip on a pc is not "necessary" but the bike wont run 100% without it.

and the fact that you said "some type of controller" tells me that you didnt search very hard

its called powercommander

Baxsom, thanks for your response. You don't beat around the bush do ya You'll have to excuse my ignorance regarding sportbike technology. I ride quads and have an LTR that is FI and there are SEVERAL different types of FI controllers out there so that is what I was basing the "some type of FI controller" statement on. I have searched my *** off for the answer to this question, but I guess I didn't search hard enough, my bad.

I am guessing the PC then is the only option out there for the sportbikes? I'm really just wanting to make sure I'm not gonna run too lean if I put a slip on on my bike.

Thanks again for any help.
