Beware the license plate light. I had mine for a month when the license plate light died. I called Comp Werkes and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. But now I have to take it all apart and re-splice the stock connector.

I got the same kit and had the same problem. My right rear bulb blew out. I looked all over for a match. I ended up getting a bulb a bit smaller to get me through. I ordered replacement bulbs from "Lockhart Phillips." Just go to thier website and order the replacement bulbs for the "flush mount V(5)" series. Hope that helps you out if you havent fixed it already

Dizzie.

Please be more specific. Acutally. All of you should be more specific. Competition werkes sell quite a few different models and most are pretty easy. Plug and play as said above.

I have this kit here. You dont have to cut anything. Everything is fit for OEM wiring and placement. Even has a hole you stick the OEM license plate light into and your good to go.

Post what model of CWFE you are getting and maybe more people would have better / quicker soultions.

Just my 2 cents.

Cheers.

I have a 06 LTD. Very nice...

For those who splice n cut check this out... http://www.targa-acc.com/main_powersearch_nf.html I did not use these b-cuz I found them after I installed…

I had a huge problem wit the turn signal bulbs overheating n melting. I then went wit a clear alternatives integrated brake/signal but that didn’t work b-cuz of the 3 wire front turners and my hot bodies signals. I couldn’t get the running lights n the signals working up front n still have brake lights n signal in back. I ended up using the stock brake light and tear drop LEDs for signals in back. Everything works…
