Default Stoppies and Endos- Do the bust forks?

Looking for definitive answer (would be nice if the forum had a poll): Does it put sufficient stress on motorcycle forks enough to bust (good) fork seals or cause premature failure? I'm not talking about seals that may already be weak or on their way out.

Or- are there some bikes that are more prone to stoppie induced fork seal failure.

What are you stunter guys doing to deal with the problem? A cache of fork seals?

Certainly you stunters must know this answer!!!

my guess is yes it does, big difference in going over a pothole and coming down from a hard wheelie
