wow! i've never been a fan of the color red, and have been leaning more towards getting a silver/black, silver/red, or black/yellow f4i...but i would be honored to ride a red bike that looks this frickin' sweet!

Awesome! Very nicely done. One thing though, please tell me those are not alloy bolts on your rearsets and pasenger pegs. If they are you might want to rethink that. You could do socket cap bolts with push button inserts to get the same look. Let me know and I can point you where to get them.

Oh yeah, love that exhaust can, nice.

Sick bike !! I'm really loving it, all the extra attention you have put in is paying off big. All the blacked out parts looks great and match. + wave rotors waiting to go on... good stuff.... good stuff...

Looks great!!

I noticed that you have an idy biddy scratch on the right side fairing (maybe a drop in a parking lot like mine...?)

I'm planning on "masking" mine with some vinyl...

I do love a lot of things about your bike though, somewhere down the road I will definitely powedercoat mine black, I think that looks phenominal, and your chain REALLY stands out, kudos!

Nice job. But (ya heres the but) the seat with the partial red wings is killing me. Im not knocking you cause all I do anymore is add fuel and ride andmaintanance when needed.

alright, i am going to try and respond as much as i can to everyone...

first and foremost, these are "pics in progress"...there are a lot of things not done and yet to do....but i have been asked to post pics for a while now so when i was out....a few i snapped....

for example, i have a new triple, new rotors, front and back...a lot more things that are going to be PC'd...the swinger, the sub...(hopefully the frame at some point)...it's also going to get new paint...but alas, i only have so much money at any given time...

on a second note...everything on the bike i have done myself...(other than powdercoating)....this is also my first bike...so i am learning as i go...i appreciate any and all comments....

for everyone who likes her, thanks i appreciate it....she'll look even better in the coming months and next season....

@ playful...yeah the yellow spring is going...i plan on getting a nicer spring with the right rate for my weight...in red of course ...my wife actually made a comment seeing the pictures and said i could "get away with it" for now because of the yellow 'i'...haha..i love my wife....but it's all yours when i swap it PG!

@Martin - yeah i biffed her the first week i had her doing a slow turn in the garage...it sucks...but i knew i was going to paint it early so there was really nothing i could do temporary to make it better...i didn't want to blow money on stickers which i knew i would take off at some point anyways...

@pace...keeping it clean isn't bad actually....just a little chain cleaner and being a little anal...

@BRRandon....i am not a huge fan of THAT undertail either....but it was the FIRST mod i did and i had no idea of the other ones out there....i think before i get it painted, i will actually get another one using the stock light.....but for now, it stays....it'll be something i do right before paint....

@RSP - yeah they are alum on both...as for the rear, i barely if EVER ride a pass...so i don't care much about those...as for the fronts...yeah i know....i wanted to see if i liked the look with the anno red up there...before i had the stockers done in black and like the red better....i know you are supposed to use alum in high stress areas, but i didn't read anything saying it was that bad...i mean you don't torque them as much....i could be wrong...and seeing that you are a modder master....i would welcome your thoughts on the alum strength in the rearsets...and i have seen the caps and whatnot...just never seen them in application, didn't quite know how they would turn out....shoot me a pm or let me know..thanks RSP...

@redz...like i said..the spring she be going soon, and the 'i' will be gone when painted..

@kiker...yeah like i said...first week drop...but paint will eventually take care of it...(this fall hopefully)

@RCR?? you don't like the seat?? huh? when the bike gets painted you might as i will be playing off that design a bit in the paint scheme!

like i said, thanks to all the comments....

she is still very much a work in progress with a lot more powdercoating to do, and dyno tuning, etc....

things on there right now you can't see....remote activated red LED bodylighting....rear peg brake/turn signal, front ram air cover turn signals, stealth garage door opener, and a few other little things....night shots will be next on my list

and don't worry, i'll keep everyone updated...thanks for looking!
