Default Subway restaurants getting sued by GODZILLAS attorney

Have you guys seen the ridicously funny commercial of subways footlong subs getting measured by godzilla, well apparently they are being sued by some company claiming the rights for Godzilla for thousands of dollars saying that they did not have the right to use their associate(Godzilla), in any commercial

Using Godzilla's likeness is no different than using Mickey Mouses likeness. The only thing is, was it Godzilla or just a T-Rex type thing, I don't watch commercials anymore thanx to DVR.

They were definately going for Godzilla, as they showed the "creature" rampaging through a city and then showed a frighted Japanese woman...

That part of the commercial pisses me off! If Godzilla or "Subzilla" was going with the flow, his hands should be 1' apart, not 40'! Proportions!!!!

I can see that as a lawsuit, not the ones, where these sick mindedF*'ssued cause they weigh 350lbs and at three footlongs at one sitting and didn't loose the weight like Jarred did....
