Default RE: valve clearance help....

Hey there bindelsf2

I have a Heynes manual for the 96 to 99 CBR900. I sent a screenhsot of the manual with the valve clearance section. There is a block circled in red for you to use as a reference if you get any more replies. I would assume that this is the valve clearance for pre-96 Fireblades.

Hope it helps.

Default RE: valve clearance help....

Intake valve clearances are the same for all models. Exhaust valves are the same for 93-97.

Intake: 0.13--0.19 mm

Exhaust:

93-97 0.19--0.25 mm
98-99 0.22--0.28 mm

Obviously, if you're running the 893, the 93-97 bracket is where it's at. Good luck bindel!
