Ignition Cut off Casing Stuck
I just wrecked my2003 Honda 954,and before, I could screw the casing with the engine cut off switch all the way back on. Now I can't seem to get it to be flush against each side when i take the screws out to look at it, than put it back in. I know there's a long screw and a short screw. Which orde do they go in?
Also, when i do get it tighten, my throttle seems to stick really bad, but when it's not tightened then it snaps back quick..what could be the problem there?

There's a little plastic peg molded into the bottom half of the throttle housing case. This peg fits into a small hole in your handlebar. If the peg is not in the hole, you'll never get it tightened. As for the throttle sticking issue, either you've screwed the housing up trying to tighten when the peg isn't in the hole, or it might just need a little white lithium grease sprayed in the groove where the throttle tube rides. Check the throttle cables and make sure they're not frayed and/or kinked. If they are, replace them. A broken throttle cable 100 miles from the house sucks. Check the throttle tube (the part that the grip is glued to) and make sure there's no rough spots on it. If there are, just sand 'em down.

Cables= Are fine, no kinks or frayed.
Actual throttle handle seems fine.
I'll grease the inside tube on the atual inside of the housing and make sure that's ok..if that's right?!
And I'll check for the peg on my housing.
Thanks and anymore suggestions would be good.
