Default RE: dropped bike...NEED HELP!!

check all your fuses...what you should hear right off the bat when you turn the ignition on is fuel pump prime.

also, have you tried disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting to reset everything? sometimes, the bank angle sensor needs to be reset after a tip over.

Default RE: dropped bike...NEED HELP!!

i had the same problem with my bike...twice... except i didnt drop it

I was trying to keep up with a busa on the freeway, did about 150 weaving thru traffic for a good 10 miles

when i reached my destination my bike was riding really hot.. like 227-228

i just turned it off and coasted to the parking spot, i was meeting some friends to eat so my bike cooled off for a good hour or 2... then when i went to leave, it wouldnt start

my battery died on me before, so i tried to push start it like i did last time but no avail

had to get a jump start, then when it did start it smoked out the parking lot for a good 10 minutes

this happened to me about 2 weeks later after a night of road racing, bike was hot when i shut er off and had to jump it again, same thing happened... smoked for a good 10 minutes

when i had the time... i finally swapped out my spark plugs

since then my motor has never gotten past 205 and i havent had any of these problems

i think the rad fan kills the battery pretty quickly and the stator just doesnt have time to recharge it b4 i kept shuttin off my bike
