well just got the 954 t bodies on and had the bike on the dyno, so far it's not looking so promising but have not got it tuned all the way yet and it's really hot so on tuesday when i get back to the shop i'll post some graphs to show the difference.
i also put so 954 cams in earlier this week as well

well ran out of time today at the shop so no final number but so far i did get about 2hp peak from the t bodies and i'm not done tuning still a little off, it was just so hot today i could only do 2-3 pulls before it would get hot. as for the cams, save your money, i put them in early in the week and did a few pulls exact same hp # and lost almost 2 tq, i didn't tune it though because i knew the throttle bodies where going to be put on the next day or two i think i may have seen 1 MAYBE 2 hp if the fueling was dialed in correctly. I will try to get in the shop early and finish tuning then try and run it a few more times in the morning while it's cool and see where i end up
but i will post graphs when done for sure

cant wait to see the graphs, i was actually hoping you would have put down what the actual numbers were but i guess i can wait.

what other performance mods do you have in the way of exhaust ect ect.

i see you have a pc3 and think thats a m4 exhaust(can or full?)

sorry on the #'s didn't pay much attention to exact # but I know i saw a bunch of 133,34's maybe even a 136 in there it was just hard to keep it consistent cause it was so hot in the dyno room.
i made my exhaust it's a hindle head pipe, custom made mid-pipe and a M4 gp style muffler, removed exhaust valve, air box flapper, pc3, BMC race filter, 54 cams and t-bodies. I ordered a nitrous kit and am waiting for that to show up should be here mid week and hopefully will have that on and tested by end of the week, I'm pretty excited to see how that works out. Also trying to find some case's for either a 29 or 54 if anyone knows or has some they would sell, i want to build a big motor (think it was like a 998 big bore or something like that)but can't get a hold of some case's and don't want my bike down for that long especially cause it's nice out now.

The 954 is 1mm bore over the 929, 980 is 1mm over bore from the 954. I did a set of weisco 1mm pistons. Had to have the cylinders nikasilled(sp?) Would not recommend it. Erion racing has been a great help through all the motor builds I've done. I was told not to do more then 1/4mm bore.(after the fact) The cylinders get to thin, and the problems I had were the cylinders would move causing leaking head gaskets. Not enough material left to keep a good seal. Could go with a stroker motor, but was told if you ride alot the crank will flex to much to keep bearings in it. I am back to a stock motor. I bought titanium rods and had 5lbs taken off the crank and had it knifed. All said and done it made 165 to the rear wheel with a mild break in tune. It was a blast to ride! Sadly I punctured the radiator at 170mph and didn't know till it was too late. Ended up losing a rod through the block and the oil caught on fire and burned the bike up a little. Just thought I would post my experiences because the local shop thought it would be a good idea to use me as a guinea pig. I do have a spare motor looking to sell if your interested?www.cbrforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=88270. Thanks. Lee.

we use millennium tech. to do our cylinder boring and plating, they can pretty much do whatever you need they told me some # that was bigger than the wiseco kit. only reason i was looking to use mill. tech. was we get a deal through them and they use JE pistons and i really like JE stuff
but that's some good info above thanks didn't know that. funny you said the crank gets weak and likes to flex cause web cams told me the same about welding and re grinding oem honda cams
and btw thanks again for the throttle bodies

No problem. Millenium Tech is the best! They did my last set of cylinders. They did a 1000% better job then us chrome. The plating kept pealing off. No problems with millenium though. Just the head gasket issue? Rick is the mechanic I talked to out at Erion Racing. He is more then willing to talk to you and anwer what ever questions he can. He is the one who told me that the cylinders were probably getting to thin and not enough material to keep a seal? I thought about studs, but couldn't find any with out a special order? He has a full titanium race engine sitting on the shelf. It was tempting! Good luck! Lee

yeah i tell everyone to use them, never had an issue with them ever. cool i may just have to call erion and talk for a few. i get my supermoto slicks from them and it's about time for another set so gives me another excuse !
cool well whatever route i go i'll keep everyone posted. should be entertaining at least

and lee if you decide to part that motor out i know a guy that would buy the case's from you
