So I have a project bike that is a 91 cbr1000f. I purchased a upper cowl bracket and can't figure out how to bolt it on. The mounting on the bracket is too small for the mount on the frame. If anyone has a 91 cbr1000f that they could take some pictures of how their cowl bracket is attached that would be awesome.

Sounds like you bought a bracket from a later bike..................?

 

Are you sure the bracket you bought is from a 91. The upper fairing on a 91 is different from the pre 90 models and the upper changed again in 93.

I have a bracket from an 88 that will mount onto the frame but doesn't fit with anything else. The guy I bought it from was sure it was from a 91
