Default 1998 Honda CBR600 F3 re-build?

I am going to make a long story short, hopefully.
History:
2004 April Bought bike in almost Factory Condition 7500 miles
2004-2009 Simple mods, drove and loved for about 15000 miles
2009 June Bike was stolen with ~23500 miles, didn’t have full coverage, lost my baby, thought I would never see her again.
2010 June Bike recovered from accident and is TRASHED ~25000 miles. See pictures at photobucket.

Currently I need help with compatible parts for the rebuild. I want to resurrect this baby.
Current questions:
1. What front end can I do a complete swap with, steering stem forward?
2. What gauges should I get, F4i, are they easily wired in?
3. What rear sub frame and tail section should I go with, prefer to keep it Honda.
4. What would you do if this was your bike?

Question one is truly what I need help on. I have very little spare cash so I need to get a handle on whether this rebuild is even close to worth it.

Disclaimer: I just got married and summer is really busy so sometimes I may be slow with replies but I do appreciate all the help.

If I can do the F4i gauge swap, anyone can.
