Yea it's a hotbodies undertail. I used the f4i ducts which had some fitment issues. They still aren't perfect but close enough. The f4 ducts will not work.

 

Bit ghetto but I applaud your efforts. Much better then before.

 

hey, man, nice job- wondering about the tank- you think you could post a quick synopsis on your procedure for spraying it? also, did you use spray paint for the frame?

my compliments to the chef. the bike is great...im getting ready to do the same conversion. and you answered a lot of my questions. was using the f4i sub frame a must? i thought ive heard of others doing it using the f4? am i wrong? thanks for the pics..christopher.

 

Nice conversion... Everyone that is hating on this, I wouldn't even care what they have to say! I just wish you could post a step by step directions on how to do this. A lot of work I know, but would help fellow F4 riders looking to convert to F4i. That's my only request, other than that, very nice job dude!

 

Nobody is "hating" on it. In fact, its encouraged & supported if that's what the owner wants to do w/ his bike. We have several threads going here in the F4 section regarding split-seat tail conversion, front F4i dual light conversion, & complete conversions. Between myself (split-seat tail conversion), ddavis17 (front F4i conversion), & others, there are several step by step tutorials. Take some time & look around.
