Default Clean, match and port head?

what kinda benefits could i gain from Clean, match and port head and degree cams on a f3 track bike , cant really afford new cams

Can an F3 even take more cam...? I thought it would need new springs to handle any lift or duration increases?...thats would add major cost.

From my experience, I'd degree the cams. I just put my zx6r on OEM spec and had gains....after that was a 5 angle valve job.
