Tire Changing
I am placing this in the Road Racing area simply because I have noticed it for a few years at the IOM TT.
My question is, during the pit stop, how do they get the rear wheel changed so quickly in proper fashion?
In my experience changing wheels there's always some tweaking to be made to insure that the chain is spot on aligned, and that is at regular street speeds. How can they get everything exactly perfect in just seconds for a bike that will blow past 200mph? I've never fully understood this.

If you look closely, all those spacers and brackets the we have to line up, are built into the wheel. They just need to put the chain around the sprocket, pull it tight, and put the axle through. The chain adjustment on the bike, including yours, shouldn't change as long as the adjusters are not messed with.
