Default 1993 CBR1000F - New Find

Just found this 1993 about 10 miles from my house. The guy (2nd owner) had it sitting in his garage for 8 years, and only managed to put 1100 miles on it. I got it with 9800 original on the odometer. Needed new tires and chain, oil change, but runs great. The bike is completely stock. This is my 3rd 1000F, had another 93 about 10 years ago and a 1990 back in 2002. Out of all the bikes I've had, the previous 93 was one of the only that I wished I had never sold, so when I found this one, I knew it was coming home with me.

Nice find. Great, do-all bike. I picked up my 1990 mid last year from the original owner (whose family I've known since the bike was new) with just under 7k miles on it. I put 4k on since I bought it. He bought new tires for it 2 years before I bought it from him, so besides fluid changes, the only thing I had to do was a voltage regulator/rectifier because mine died. But man, I love this bike....it does everything well. Congrats and enjoy!
