West to East Coast Sprocket Challenge!!!
Hey all,
For those of you following the sprocket challenge don't feel left out. The challenge is still going as I have started the West to East coast challenge. Its in the Millersylvania state park just south of Olympia,WA. Go and get it before the Rains start back up. Its right in the middle for those that are in Seattle or Portland to go and get it. Take advantage of the nice weather. Peace people and see you next year.

It is now in Millersylvania State Park Olympia, WA.
Google Maps
This should be really easy to find as I put it up a trail right off the road as you enter. Follow along with the photo's. The trail is in the day area where it is free to park.
So only parking lot on the left. Park near the second 10mph speed sign.
where the flag and lake are.
I parked in the 2nd to last spot and marked it with my Screen name short cut.
From here you will want to walk to the 1 o'clock. There is a hiking trail there that is also a dog walk.
Go up the trail for about 20 meters or so. Follow the main trail.
There will be a big downed log that helps mark the trail on your right hand side.
At the end of the log there is a twin leafy tree that is about 5 meters from it at about a 45deg angle. The sprocket is tethered to the back side of that tree.
With an assisting arrow.
Here it is. The combination is the same 11-1-11, remember to go past 1 once and then back to 11.
I covered it a bit but I am hoping that it doesn't sit all that long and it is well shaded so no one should mess with it. I coated the sprocket in chain wax to help it keep from rusting.

Kudos for starting the new West-to-East Coast Sprocket Challenge!
Hopefully, we'll have excellent enthusiasm for the challenge & see some great sights along the way.
Making this a sticky for everyone to find easily & to take part in.
Let's getting it going!
